Nnnnrgh, this was so frustratiiiing!
I guess I had sort of lost my feel for doing detailed sketches when I started out and was getting really tired of it, and as I continued through the shading didn't seem right.
[like my darks weren't dark enough and the spots that needed to be light weren't light enough].

I was really thinking of giving up, but it really wouldn't do me any good plus I'd sort of let my client down, and so I continued the slaughter with the pencil. [btw, used a mech pencil].
I guess I could've saved myself some grief by using these art pencils, but I was too lazy to get them from my bag when I started - I went for the mech pencil [was in my metal cannister along with my ink nibs].

The wings were bitches...*stab*
So was that effing hat *stab*

And no, the rabbit isn't squinting.
Just looks like it since I added eyelashes.

Uuuuum...I think that's all the ranting for this one.
At least it was nice outside today when I sketched. :3
