Illuminous Outreach

Lately I have been having these brief glimpses of these arms or hands that have this eerie but...Reassuring glow or illumination about them.
These are his arms...I jus reckon it is a 'he' since, that is what I am led to believe that he is male.

I have been able to pull him out, his full appearence after a bit of thinking and ligh hearted music listening (Owl City).
He seems to very close to Red Rabbit©... Not entirely sure what the closeness is though, its extent.
He likes to see hersmile, that is about all I know.

He likes to steal kisses as well, ehehe. But only after he's freindly and knows a character rather well. He's not the kind to give a random kiss unless the otherperson is close friends with him. Usually the kisses are not romantic, even if they are on the lips.

He is probably french, ahaha.

His time period...19th century. When he does wear clothing it is often in a sepia chromotone[?]. His hair isn't a algae neone green but a dull brown, hazel.

In this appearence he is a worker, or some kind of toy tinker. His favorite creation is this music box that is wound up by a bar and when opened bright strobes of light flash out.
This can be used for offensive purposes as well.

Red Rabbit (as a child) visits his workshop. It's pretty crowded with all the machinery and pipes. And his shop is fairly close to the ocean.

And he also sometimes associates himself with Ambrosia©(mostly child, once or twice she's appeared to him as a grown up, but rather in traditional kimono she wears a rather plain cream dress with a thin ribbon tied around her collared neck. Dress of the 19th centuray as well. SHe also appears in sepia hues)

Gretchen© often visits when Red is playing with the Illuminated Man.
He's the only one who can (currently) not cower before the Eiye©.
