And i'll be doing another rp (shorter one, since i'm too lazy to wrk anymore at this moment on Sandgate© featuring the Umbra Daal©, the Vampire King (still no name, HEEEELP) her advisor (no name, HEEEEELP) and Tokuiki©.
Plot goes along the lines of saving the King's sanity, stopping an unholy war of monsters occuring and topling the Vamperic empire. Oh, yeah, a more important thing, STOPPING THE SUN FROM SHINING UPON THE UMBRA. There's a reason why it's called that.
Sunshine hasn't touched that place for millenia.
How? REALLY HI-TECH SCI-FI MOFO SHIT, that's what.
(millenia, wait, what? Shouldn't it be not so impressive or sophisticated? Oh well, it's my plot, deal with it.)

There was an agreement between the Umbra King's anscestors and the Humans. (the humans of the ancient past were smart fortune cookies in this roleplay. Too bad they steadily became less tolerant of other species, so only the gov't of the human domain deal with Umbra's existance and upkeep. Sure, there are still Anima© and ghosts that pillage cities and whatnot. but Umbra is still sorta kept under taps...)
Underground they made this head quarters of controlling the sun's rays by creating a very powerful simulation of a solar eclipse[correct?] over Umbra.
the Vamp king's advisor wishes ot cause distress for the King and succeeds, she forces herself to sleep in order to contact past monarchs for guidence (here comes the dreams part). Tokuiki (dream weaver entity)is manipulated by the Advisor and sends her off into the King's dreams, by chance Tokuiki finds the mainframe of the simulation, but then she's attacked by the forces of Eiye (type of dark force behind the Gates' and her dream form is recalibrated into a destructive virus that attacks the simulation.

Here's where thing's get interesting.
Talec© hears rumors of the sun "once more appearing" in the Umbra.
He's not the kind to worry about such things, but this uusually upsets him (there's more to him than just collecting GateKeys© honeys).
He travels to EliveCity© to investigate and gets himself involved with the underground Gate of Elive. He's sworn to this Gate until Elive and Umbra are safe from utter distruction and discord. Peeved, but, feeling he may get a reward out of it (GateKey or new minion, I don't know. Still in planning stages)he finds the port of gaining entry into the Eclipse Simulation Apparatus (just amde that up, ha).
The trick is to hook oneself to one of the many rube-like beds in the underground, the glass closes on you, and you fall into a very deep sleep.
Nanobots from within the tube attatch thmeselves to the sleeper's scalp and transmit data that transports thier souls into their dream bodies (dying is an option if these bots are forcfully pulled out. they remove themselves when the sleeper awakens).

Entering into virus infected simulation leads to meeting up with monsters, ghouls, what-not. Even past memories, painfull or otherwise to the person transported into this world (this may be a tech simulation but it is still part of the dreaming equation, this is bound to come up).
There are two identical copies of Umbra and Elive (like levels of a video game) but are entirely devoid of life except harmful creatures.

Oh, another fun thing: It's encouraged that rolplayers entering use older Original characters. As in, keep the same character you're comfortable useing for personal roleplays, but change thier appearence a bit to match the theme of the roleplay.
It's better that those participating do not use newly created characters.

I apologize deeply for anyone who has been waiting ever so patiently for me to post more work, I have been VERY VERY BUSY, due to being a senior of sorts...

I have barely had "fun" freetime, to just do some anime art and get some commissions done.
